EQX Design is a small operation located in Castle Rock, Colorado. Once you start working with us, you’ll notice a lot about what we are, and a lot about what we AREN’T. Here’s a few examples:
- We have no physical office, which means we can come to YOU (and it also means we don’t pass on costly overhead to our clients!)
- We have one full-time person (so when “we” is written here, just think “I”). We outsource some of the redundant coding exercises to be more competitive on price, but mainly this means that our clients have a single person to talk to - no navigating the phone banks here!
- Our sites are built to be maintained by the client. Unlike most web companies, our sites aren’t so complex that you need a degree to update them. It’s built for YOU, not for residual fees!
- Instruction is part of the package. You don’t know anything about the web? You can barely turn on the computer? No problem! We work with novices on a daily basis.
- A phone number?! Yes, we publish our phone number. We’re not one of those web companies that ONLY responds via email.
